Momentum Physical Therapy and Wellness is a self-pay, physical therapy and wellness practice that provides one-on-one individualized treatment sessions without the use of insurance. Pricing is based on a 60-minutes treatment session with a board certified and specialty clinician.
$170 - 60 Minute Treatment Session

$640 - Four Treatment Sessions
Prepay for four treatment sessions to save on each treatment session and reduce checkout hassle at the end of each visit. Each session is a personalized one-on-one treatment session with a doctor of physical therapy in your home or office. Prepaid sessions are valid for up to 12 months.
$1250 - Eight Treatment Sessions
Prepay for eight treatment sessions to save even more on each treatment session and reduce checkout hassle at the end of each visit. Each session is a personalized one-on-one treatment session with a doctor of physical therapy in your home or office. Prepaid sessions are valid for up to 12 months.
