  • Dr. Robert Mahoney completed a Sports Residency and Upper Extremity Fellowship before joining the Colorado Rockies as a team Physical Therapist. Robert has worked closely with Primary Care Physicians and Orthopedic Surgeons following total joint and complex knee and shoulder surgeries. He has a passion for working with and motivating individuals to return to a lifestyle they desire. Robert believes that an individualized approach to patient care is most important when regaining physical health following a surgery or recovering from an injury.

  • Dr. Jack Sullivan began his professional career at ATI Physical Therapy in South Carolina, where he completed a Sports Residency Program and Upper Extremity Fellowship with the Kansas City Royals. In 2023, Jack achieved Board Certification in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS). In January 2024, Jack joined the Detroit Tigers as a Minor League Physical Therapist for the 2024 season. He further advanced his career returning to Scottsdale working with world class surgeons treating post-op cases. Jack believes in an individualized approach to treating injuries and puts patient goals above all else.
