Coaching and Programming
Working out smarter not harder to get better results with no pain is how we do things.
You should not be so sore from a workout that you cannot walk 2 days later. There is a difference between being sore and being in pain.
Working with your body to lift weights and not against it will help surpass plateaus in strength and muscle gains!
